Yahoo! The death toll has risen to 62 from weekend clashes between security forces and royal guards in a traditional kingdom in western Uganda, police said on Monday. Yahoo! Algerian militant Mokhtar Belmokhtar, one of Al-Qaeda's key allies in North Africa, is thought to have been killed in a French air strike, a US official said Monday.
